My Calf Maisie

On Wednesday we went to our farm in Awanui because our cow had a calf called Maisie. It is black and white and it's soooooooooooooooooooo fluffy that I want to cuddle it so badly. When she walks she nearly falls over. We go to check on her twice a day because she is little. We have some other cows that are going to have more babies. Everyday I hope that we have new calves so that they can all be friends but we haven’t had any yet.

  1. Hi Ashton, I love calves too! I think you are very lucky to have a calf! I hope there will be lots more calves for you to see each time you check the cows! We have lambs at our house. They are very cute too. It was lovely to see you today and I hope to see you in a google meet tomorrow, Nga mihi, Whaea Deb

  2. Kia ora Ashton. I love reading about your calf. I'd love to know who named her Maisie. A very appropriate name. I knew a lot of calves with the same name!!! Did you know that Sir lived on a farm until he was 7 years old? My Dad was a farmer. Like Whaea Deb, I too hope it's not too long before Maisie has more friends. Thanks for sharing :)

  3. Morena Ashton, Maisie is very cute! Last year we had a calf and my sisters named it Julian, which I thought was a rather funny name. Cannot wait to hear more about Maisie and hopefully in the near future she gets some friends!
